Once the Ark was finished, Prophet Noah and his family, as well as a few of the animals, boarded the Ark and set sail. The flood lasted for forty days and forty nights, and when the waters receded, the Ark came to rest on the mountains of Ararat.
Prophet Noah and his family were saved, but the people of his city were all destroyed by the flood. God rewarded Prophet Noah for his faithfulness and obedience by making him the father of all mankind.
The story of Prophet Noah is an important reminder of the power of faith and obedience to God. It teaches us that if we are steadfast in our faith and obey the commands of God, then He will reward us and protect us from harm. It also serves as a warning to those who turn away from God and refuse to listen to His warnings.
